Not Much Longevity Working For NBC

It's been announced Martin Bashir is the latest to fall under the axe at MSNBC. This just three weeks after Alec Baldwin was canned.

What's with NBC?
Anyone looking for a long career should reconsider twice taking a job with NBC. Seems they don't hold on to anybody for very long. Here's a few others that were sent packing.

Don Imus, Keith Olbermann, Jay Leno (rehired, then fired again Feb 6th, 2014), David Letterman, David Shuster, Phil Donahue, Michael Savage and Cenk Uygur (Youn Turks). To name a few of the more well known.

Then there are those who are no longer with NBC10 in Philly either for one reason or another. Lori Wilson, Michelle Grossman, Jade McCarthy, Larry Mendte, Alycia Lane, Tim Lake, Diane Allen, John Bolaris, Vince DeMentri, Amy Freeze, Larry Kane, Don Lemmon, Kathy Orr, Stephanie Stahl, Dawn Timmeney and Mike Strug.

Meanwhile over at ABC6 in Philadelphia, on air personalities only leave either through death or retirement.
