Here are a few of his recent tweets from HIS TWITTER ACCOUNT
If Trump thinks the entire intelligence community, state department, treasury, pentagon, media, most of congress, his staff and other countries all and each one are wrong -- could it just be possible it's him?

My Favorite TV Program
"CBS Sunday Morning" is celebrating it's 40th year. Here are two samples from their past programs.
From 2012: Bill Geist as father of the bride
From 2001: Making a splash
In this world of so much negativity 'CBS Sunday Morning' has always remained a beacon to positivity. An inspiration showing all the good people who always and still exist today. Check Out Their Many Videos HERE

Lehigh Valley's Biggest Industry Warehouses And Hospitals
I was reading on LEHIGH VALLEY LIVE about another proposed hospital center on a 80 acre site in Lower Nazareth Township. Good lord we must have more warehouses and medical treatment faculties then I ever once imagined.
Forget about making things. Seems the burgeoning U.S. job market is now shipping things other countries make and treating one another. Those plus entertaining, selling each other crap and people becoming politicians. Well at least these jobs can't be shipped overseas.

I Woke Up One Day In A Parallel Universe
To this.. October 2017
Therein lies my desire to wake up one day discovering myself either to have been in a coma, had a very long bad dream one night or in a more fitting universe I'd hope to belong which more suits my nature.

Anyone Want To Hear My Opinions On....
* The kids confronting the Native American in Washington?
* How I feel about 'The State Of The Union' Address?
* Trump's latest proposal to end the shutdown?
* Today's TV offerings and their costs?
* Newly elected Representative AOC's views?
* What I'd like in our next president?
* My views on local government?
These are a few of the things I thought posting about. However I see no point if no one's interested. If anyone would like to offer something please do. Pending no feedback I'll await inspiration for other stuff I come across from time to time when it so motivates me.
Right now I'm leaning towards reposting memes and other things people are posting online w/o comment.

Allentown $3 Million Over Budget On Health Care
Allentown spent $3 million over budget on health care for 2018
How about offering employees $1,600 more a month ($10 an hour more) and let them buy their own private insurance. This is not a crazy as it sounds. The article says the city has 765 employees. If you take 160 work hours a month times 765 employees this works out to $1.224 million per month. Times that by 12 months it would impact the budget $14.688 million a year. That's some $6 million less then the city spend in 2018. Most important of all-- it would be a steady outlay without the unexpected surprises.

Now Even Informants Aren't Being Paid
FBI Agent Accounts of the Real Consequences of the Government Shutdown
I whole heartedly believe there should a law which makes it 100% illegal for government to shutdown for any reason. This is becoming all too common. Every time congress itself or a president disagree with one and other it's everyone else who suffers except them. FLOTUS just flew to Florida and back after a week with her family while everybody else is grounded without DT's express permission.

Anyone Else See The Big Game Yesterday?
The game between Andy Reid's 'Chief's and the 'Patriots' was a nail biter. It might even be better then the upcoming "Super Bowl".
Why Democrats Rejected Trump's Latest Offer
Simply put he offers nothing other then to give back what he took away.
"Amnesty will be used only on a much bigger deal.."
If Democrats would give in it would signal to Trump all he needs to do is take other stuff away as a bargaining chip to get even more money or whatever other demands he can come up with in the future.
Think of it this way. You're playing poker with Trump. He takes $20 out of your wallet to use for his bets. He then insist the only way you can get it back is to play by his rules.
As anyone should plainly see by Trump's tweet he's neither in favor nor against DACA. He sees DACA only as means to his ends. Question is what else would he be willing to take away and hold hostage in order to get congress to agree to his ever changing whims?
I am most certain even if congress gave him his $5b+ wall it would only be the beginning. The American government has a policy of not negotiating with hostage takers. The reason being once we give in most certainly it encourages more of the same. This instance should be no different.
The way any president gets things done is not by threatening those he curries favor with. Instead this president is threatening to make things so toxic he hopes one day to break the backs of just anybody in the world who opposes his will. The way I see it the United States became powerful because countries (and people) wanted to emulate us. Not because they felt under threat by some power hungry despot Mark my words-- if this continues as it is-- our entire democratic system as well as our standing in the world is under threat.
I want to make myself clear. This isn't about how I feel towards Pelosi (Democrats) or Trump (Republicans). This is about cooperation not surrender. The first step is to getting our country up and fully functioning again. Nothing is more important. Any number of issues could be cause in some peoples' minds for a shutdown. None of them should be a justification whatsoever under any circumstance.

US-Mexico Border No Easy Answers
In my opinion this is one of the least bias reporting I've come across.
It seems to me what we have here situation where nobody is going to be completely satisfied. It further seems to me holding hostage 800,000 people depending on government paychecks is the worst possible way of dealing with this. When you include their families this is over some 3 million.
Perhaps congress's inaction can be attributed to their concerns what it would do to many of those affected by additional fencing along the border. If there is a solution to be had it won't be as simple as erecting a bunch of fences.
The answers will not come either from a bunch of thick headed pundits on TV in New York nor a bunch of out-of-touch Washington politicos digging in their heels. Instead of Washington deciding on a 'one solution to fit all' why not make funding available to local groups and governments to decide what they deem best for each of their own areas?

New Windbags Signed On To MSNBC And CNN
Ex-Senator Claire McCaskill Joins NBC and MSNBC
John Kasich Signs With CNN as Political Commentator
I'd like to hear them signing up reporters instead of another bevy of pundits. Whatever happened to reporting the news instead of talking about it. I couldn't believe the other night when MSNBC had 8 boxes on the screen at the same time. That's right... 8 frames of bullshitters lined up a ready to go. Even the BBC is getting in on the act. Now after nearly every report the teleprompter reader then says... A short time a ago I spoke with...blah, blah, blah.. Enough already!
Frankly I don't give a damn what any of them "think". I emphasize the word "think" because it's the word they use every other sentence. The reason is so they can't get sued if they misstate facts.
So what we have here is a bunch of lardasses talking about stories reported. Field reporters themselves are seldom seen. If they are it's for two minutes so these windbags can bloviate about it for the next 20 minutes interspersed with repetitive ads. I truly wish there was just one news channel where they only hired ACTUAL reporters. These so-called news channels have become a retirement home for a bunch of washed up used politicians who couldn't manage to get reelected or appointed by even their own party.
Oh.. I haven't forgotten about FOX news. Either FOX news hires ex white house officials or the other way around with the white house hiring washed up FOX news personnel.

Informative Article About Border Fencing
In May 2017 'CATO Institute' republished a piece entitled, Why The Wall Won't Work. It is the most informative article I've read.
I'm certain most people won't have the attention span to read it in it's entirety. However for those who truly want to understand all the complexities involved it is a must read.
Putting aside the politics here are few things I found interesting.

It's An Alien Invasion I Tell Ya!
No it's not the ones clamoring at our southern border. Instead it's possibly a musical message from anther galaxy meant to absorb our brains. I say this because once you listen to this video you can't get this 'ear worm' out of your head.

New York Post-- "Officials are poised to get fat annual raises of about $10,000 a year. The pay raises for cabinet secretaries, deputy secretaries, top administrators and even Vice President Mike Pence are scheduled to go into effect Saturday unless legislation is passed to stop them."

116th House Already Has 321 Bills To Consider
As of the second day (January 4, 2019) the House of Representatives already has a list of 321 new bills submitted. I won't list them all but here are a few of the ones I found interesting. You can check them all out along with the latest updates via the link I provided below. Out of those seven I've listed H.R. 40 is the only one I disagree with. SOURCE
