The folks at Improv Everywhere posted this. The description says,"A musical breaks out at the GEL Conference in New York in April 2011. A speaker is suddenly interrupted by a man who refuses to turn off his cell phone." Improv Everywhere has pranked the public hundeds of times since April 2006.
