2060: Security Agencies Perplexed By Cryptic Communications

It's the year 2060. Intelligence agencies are dumbfounded by communication exchanges they've uncovered. Intelligence officers said they've never come across anything like this in over the last 50 years.

Although they've been privy to millions of terabytes of online data exchanges for decades this one has them stumped.

Despite winning court cases forcing electronic manufacturers into cooperating, they too said they could be of no use either. A team of archeologists has now been called in. The hopes are they may be of use decrypting what appears to experts to be some sort of ancient longhand way of expressing words. Some scholars suggested perhaps in the past fourth graders might have used this type of parchment to make spitballs as a rudimentary form of communication.

Officials are asking for the public's help. Anyone who can figure out the following released text needs to call authorities as soon as possible. It could be a threat to our national security.
