China, world's leading tobacco user,
moves to ban indoor public smoking

"China, the world's largest tobacco consumer,is aiming to ban indoor smoking in public areas by the end of the year."

Let me see if I get this right. China is making smokers take their business outside.

Seems to me smokers can save a bundle on cigs over there.

All they have to do is step outside and take three deeps breaths to get their fix.
