3D Printing

Imagine if this were to become low cost enough for home use. It would eliminate the need to order replacement items for appliances or some car parts. I don't know how many times I tried to order a part only to be told the manufacturer that it no longer supports the parts I'm looking for.

Some of the other uses for a 'replicator' that I can think of are replacing lost keys or making spares. Broken window glass or drinking glassware and dishes. Making your own kids and pet toys. Knick-Knacks and other creative home display items. Creating the perfect utensil or tool to do just what you want it to do and can't find one. Replacing worn or broken door and cabinet handles/knobs. This list could go on and on.
