"Encyclopedia of Ethical Failure"

"In a case at Camp Arifjan in Kuwait, a US Army Major James Momon took $5.8 million in bribes from five firms in return for awarding them major contracts for supplying bottled water and other items to various bases."My Comments About The Article Above
In this era when congress is looking to make cuts in nearly every social safety net, there's one branch that always get all the money they need. The Department of Defense. This post isn't about bashing the defense department. Nay rather I think it's a credit to them for trying to self audit themselves and have the moral conviction to document what they've found.

I do however criticize certain flag waving Senators and House members who always vote a blank check never raising question year after year. Especially when some of these same people from congress incessantly question every social need program put before them. I'd bet nearly none of these same politicians has even heard of the "Encyclopedia of Ethical Failure" more less read any part of the yearly report. That's because they're too busy obsessively watching Barack Obama and spending the rest of their time working on getting reelected.

Book sellers are pulling in $4 and up for this report. Why are people spending money when the Department Of Defense post it for free?
