Return To Sender

A Spanish town has come up with an ingenious way to keep its streets clean of dog mess – by sending the offending deposits back to the owners in an official box marked 'Lost Property'

Tell Me About It!
My Front Lawn: Monday, July 8, 2013- 8:28 am

We have a whole bunch of kids that play out front sun up to sun down. If one of them or someone else slips and falls on this crap, I could be sued. Further more if I didn't hose it down thoroughly every dog that comes along will crap in this same spot.

Not shown in this video, this chick passed by the same spot two times a few minutes later and walked past it!

My message to 'Miss Daisy Duke'-- We have two dozen or more dog walkers who pass by everyday, they clean up their doggie doo doo. YOU DON'T!      I'll be watching out for you!

Allentown City Ordinance 700.04: Cleanup of Animal Fecal Matter1. The term "property of another" shall be interpreted to include the property of the City of Allentown or of any other political subdivision.

700.99 FINES AND PENALTIES
1. Violation tickets shall be issued in the amounts of Twenty-five ($25) Dollars or One Hundred ($100) Dollars.

D. Restitution
The Magisterial District Judge may order the violator to make restitution to said real or personal property owner.
See I'm not only a cranky old fart, but I'm a cranky old fart with a camera :-)
