What Constitutes An Allentown Nuisance?

"The ordinance would create a point system based on various infractions, from crimes such as corrupt organizations, human trafficking, child endangerment to violations of the Clean Water Act, animal cruelty law and noise control ordinances. Points can be assessed against a property owner or a tenant."

Sounds like a good plan to me. What say you?
