SECTV put this information out "Each year during negotiations, networks ask Service Electric for increases of double, triple or more of their current rates. They are increasing the cost to carry their channels, without offering anything new or different."

I noticed too at least another half a dozen fees demanded by government at all sorts of levels. Seems everyone wants a piece of the pie.
