Timberwolves Fans Suing Over Team’s New Paperless Ticketing System

My wife is a huge fan of Springsteen and I can't tell you the dozens of times over the last 20 years I've tried to score tickets within ten minutes only to find them all sold out. Yet 100's of bastards are selling them on "stubhub", "craigslist" or elsewhere at many more times their original price via the use of robo software. If I had my way I'd require purchasers to fully identify themselves and limit their purchases. Then they, and only they, present that same identity when they arrive for the event.
I'm sure there's more then a few entertainers or organizers who don't care if they have a couple of hundred empty seats as long as they are paid for. This attitude towards their fans needs to change. It's long past due. My hat goes off to the 'Timberwolves" for finally trying to do something about this.
As far as someone changing their mind or not being able to attend.. what if the shoe were on the other foot and the performer cancelled?
I'm sure ticket holders would scream like hell for their money back. You see both entered into an agreement. The purchaser agreed to attend as well as the performer. If either party fails to live up to the agreement there should be financial consequences. Both should be binding on either party. It's as simple as that.
