Olympus of Lehigh Valley who admitted paying kickbacks and bribes?
OrThe U.S. government who will let Olympus off the hook if they pay them $646 million to end the U.S. probes?

It doesn't look like anyone's going to prison either.

In the end all this boils down to is nothing more then the costs of doing business in my opinion. That and the two forms of justice. One for businesses. The other imposed on you or I if we as individuals dared commit the same offense.

Is this really what we want of our American justice system!
It seems to me the ones getting punished are the consumers who will end up taking it in the wazoo to pay for this.
