THE GRIO- Twitter users pointed out that 8 out of 10 states with the lowest poverty levels in the United States are blue states, while 8 out of 9 states with the highest level of poverty across this great land of ours are red states, according to CENSUS DATA.

Seems like the tax-payers of richer States should be happy to send their tax-dollars to poorer States.Thats the Progressive philosophy.
