Barack Obama is not running for office this election. He ran his last race in 2012. Perhaps many of you running for Congress might have missed it in the news.
Anyone seeking Congress this November should be running against their actual opponents and the issues that separate them. Not the sitting President.
Candidates should also realize Obama will still be around for the entire term of whoever wins a seat in the house and will have veto power over the length of it. In other words don't make big campaign promises you can't keep. Something which wouldn't hurt voters to keep in mind either.
