I remember very clearly in 9th grade when my English teacher lambasted a kid for saying it wrong. "What are you, a baby?... goo goo dada. You're in 9th grad now. Say it right!"

It's clearly not a road when the street sign says "STREET".
WFMZ is the worst offender. They are especially annoying reporting an accident occurred at EXIT NUMBER so and so. Who the hell knows exit numbers. Tell us what the actual exits are for. Same goes when they report from so and so county or township. In what city or suburb are you reporting from? When people are shot or laying on the ground they are not on a "FLOOR". They also need to learn how to pronounce towns correctly. They've been around long enough they should know better. And don't get me started on Dick Dean's highly skewed surveys. The way he words them is obvious he's trying to force people to see things his way. If he really wanted to know what people were thinking he wouldn't make himself invisible to any kind of feedback whatsoever.
