If true justice would have been served each and every on-air joker would have been forced to explain themselves on the witness stand. Any settlement reached should have come out their own pockets. Instead FOX News (cable subscribers and advertisers via we consumers) picked up the tab for them. In other words the whole thing is a sham. No one suffered any true consequences for their actions. One giant payoff to make it disappear. JUSTICE WAS NOT SERVED.
Settlement means no discovery phase. In other words, any evidence to support the idea of secret, dirty election activities will continue to remain secret. We STILL have not determined, through evidence presented to an impartial jury, if there was, or was not, election cheating.
ReplyDeleteMy research leads me to believe there WAS election cheating in 2020.
I would have preferred to have seen a real trial conducted to determine the the issue of cheating . . . . based on cross examination of facts.
We still haven’t had that opportunity since 2020!
If anything, this Settlement will discourage others in the media from questioning future election results that are too suspicious to just let go unchallenged. This was NOT a positive development in guarding our rights to free speech.
