There are many stories already being floated about that depict him not as a moderate, but more as a radical Socialist/Marxist based upon his decision-making. Even if true, though, anything negative about him will certainly be softened by the news media.
Reports are Walz was being pushed by Nancy Pelosi to be given the slot. That alone is a negative, I believe. It appears, the Democrats were not ready to choose a Jew In today’s environment.
I would think his name recognition nationally is not strong. Good speaking voice, though. A legitimate debate between Walz and Vance will be worth watching.
