Despite the lie Joe Biden would defund the police you'd think he'd be embarrassed to run an ad such as this. In case it went over your head, every chaotic scene in that video occurred in the last several months under the Trump administration. These incidents sure as hell aren't from a time under the Obama/Biden era. In so doing he has demonstrated once again he is not a man of character who can be trusted.
This ad says more about Trump then Biden.
(1) He's a liar (claiming Biden would defund police).
(2) He's a deceiver with those clips of lawlessness which occurred under his watch.
(3) He assumes some people are too dumb to notice. Were you one of them?
