Without getting all wordy Trump wants 'Twitter' to be held liable for what people post. The problem with that is 'Twitter' could be held liable for his remarks as well. Meaning 'Twitter' would be forced to remove a huge number of Trump posts to prevent legal action against them.
This could force 'Twitter' to enact a three strike rule. One which any person who posted legally defined defamation remarks could have their account permanently suspended in order to protect themselves.
