Trump Is Not A Conservative

Dec. 5, 2018

May 31, 2018

True conservatives must begin to take back their party from Trump and those of the hard core rightwing. I say the same to those in Democratic party who also have their fair share of extremists. Locking horns between both political parties is neither good for them or this country. I'll give you a few Republican (voices of reason) worth reconsidering from the 2015-2016 debates.

  1. Truth is, Trump is a HYBRID. He was once registered Democrat and now governs as a little bit of both.

Most importantly for our American citizens is what Trump is NOT. He is not

    1. a Globalist seeking to eliminate national sovereignty and citizen decision-making.

    2. a citizen who discounts the importance of respecting our Constitution.

    1. Respectful to people with far more intelligence.
    2. Not quite sane.

    1. He is not...
      (3) Respecting anyone who won't kiss his butt
      (4) Capable of seeing the consequences of his actions
      (5) Recognizing anyone else's authority but his own
      (6) Protecting anyone but himself
I could go on, on and on.

    2. As far as this G7 at his Doral Golf in 2019 there are larger issues. (a) His resort is less then 5 miles from Miami airport. Meaning it would have to shut down along with all the surrounding air traffic corridors around it for 20 miles. (b) Security is nearly impossible in this high residential area. (c) He will offer it "at Cost".. meaning taxpayers would be covering his loses for the slowest part of the season while it is at less then 40% occupancy. (d) Average temp is +90 degrees and over 70% humidity that time of year. (e) Doral is losing it's butt financially.

    3. I'm about at the end of my rope trying to deal with these fools who willingly believe anything this jackass says. Are people ever going to wake up and realize this guy's full of shit. I don't care how many show up for his rallies. Hitler, Stalin and all the others had a bunch of idiots showing up to praise them too. Even if 100,000 turn out doesn't mean a damn thing when it comes to being on the right side of history. I need no further proof how stupid humans can be over and over again when it comes to following demented leaders who come along from time to time.

  3. Well, there IS one way to stop the obvious misery you display. Look at the bigger picture for our nation's families and not simply post "I Hate Trump" stuff followed by "if you don't agree with me you are an idiot."

This is Elementary School playground dialogue.

    1. I don't "hate" Trump. I don't know the guy. But I can still think he's demonstrated himself as an idiot. So are you if you can't see that.

  4. I longer know what a 'Conservative' is. I actually considered voting for Governor Kasich in 2016.I Goggled him to discover he never had a job in the private sector and that did it for me.After several medical appointments I went to vote in 2016 and the line was wrapped around the school's gym floor.Never saw that many people and I went home

    1. When you mentioned the long lines it reminded me of my grandmother. She lived close to a catholic church, nunnery and school when JFK was running. She said she never saw so many nuns and priests in her life anywhere near the voting both. Nor after JFK's term.

What I find rather profound is only 20% of the millennials (18-39 years old) bothered to vote in the 2016 election. Of those only 15% were black and 17% Latino.

Seems to me these folks have the most to gain or lose. Running around yelling in the street, screaming at elected officials during meetings or signing petitions is really a lousy way to make their voice heard. It would take far less time and effort to just go and vote.

    2. Which brings me to the point... which group do you think holds the most sway with politicians? Answer: The older white voters.

I would think campaigns wouldn't spend a lot of time and money on areas where they can expect less then 20% to show up to vote for them. Hence I think why Trump was more successful. His crew didn't focus heavily in areas where Hillary wasted much of her time trying to get minority voters to show up for her election day.

Don't think for a moment those running for state and federal offices aren't aware of this.

  5. I have been under the impression that the current Democratic Party leadership have given up on the Senior Citizen's vote. All the old J.F.K,F.D.R. voting block have switched Republican. Living where I do Democrats are an endangered species

    1. It seems the Democratic Candidates are all going after the younger voters. All promising free college and forgiveness of student loan dept.Senator Booker said earlier in his campaign he was giving all Americans $ 50,000 when they turn 18. Mr Yang taking it step further by giving all Americans a $ 1,000 a month cash payment. If this ain't pandering to young voters I don't know is . Bill
