Yesterday afternoon 'The New York Post' reported 2 Senators Strike Deal on Health Subsidies That Trump Cut Off. Donald Trump seemed to be in favor of it saying--“It’ll get us over this intermediate hump,” the president said at a Rose Garden news conference, describing it as “a short-term solution so that we don’t have this very dangerous little period.”.... “For a period of one year, two years, we will have a very good solution,” Mr. Trump said. “But we’re going to have a great solution, ultimately, for health care.”
Never Mind.. The Wind Has Shifted.
Looks like only a few hours later Trump changed his mind. CNN: Trump blasts bipartisan deal--"The key to all of this: President Donald Trump. Period. And he just dropped a bomb on this whole process with this tweet:...
Behind the scenes, told [Senator] Alexander in several personal phone calls that he not only supported what he was negotiating, but urged him to reach a final deal. In fact, Alexander told CNN Tuesday Trump's personal urging was crucial to reaching a deal... All eyes on now remain on Trump -- he's taken about 6 different positions on this in the last 18 hours, so even though the tweet was about as unequivocal as it gets, who knows where he'll end up.
The one certainty you can always count on with Trump is his uncertainty. You don't know one hour to the next whether he has taken the blue or the red pill.
